The history of STERGIDIS S.A. began in 1986, when Dimitrios Stergidis took the first steps in establishing the company in the truck spare parts sector.
Starting from Nea Ionia, Thessaloniki, the company initially served the local market and gradually expanded its network of customers and business partners throughout Greece.
After 15 years of operation, and alongside a change in its legal structure, the management of the company passed to the second generation, Athanasios and Georgios Stergidis, marking the beginning of a new period of growth and development.
In 2016, the company acquired new privately owned premises on Pontou Street, with a total area of 5,000 sq.m., and completed its relocation to these facilities in 2017.
In 2019, as part of its continued organizational and business development, the company was converted into a Société Anonyme (S.A.) / Public Limited Company.
In 2025, STERGIDIS S.A. proceeded with another major investment through the acquisition of additional privately owned property and the commencement of construction of new facilities covering a total area of 5,000 sq.m.
The project is expected to be completed within 2027 and, upon completion, the company will operate from a total of 10,000 sq.m. of privately owned facilities, significantly strengthening its warehousing capacity, operational capabilities and future growth potential.
Today, nearly four decades after its establishment, STERGIDIS S.A. continues to grow and evolve, consistently investing in human resources, inventory, modern infrastructure and new technologies.
Over the years, the company has developed long-standing relationships with major manufacturers and suppliers of truck spare parts.
